Job Description - Despatch Inspector

Our growing manufacturing client in Derby are looking for a Despatch Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out final checks on parts prior to shipment, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are correctly labelled, documented, and prepared for despatch.

7am-4pm OR 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday. 7am-12pm on Friday

Job Description

Overcheck parts against paperwork and labels before delivery
Ensure parts meet customer requirements and company procedures
Report any non-compliance found during overcheck
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with the quality system

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience in a despatch, stores, or warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
