Despatch Operative

Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group, focusing on manufacturing positions. We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Operative to join our clients based in Sheffield on a permanent basis.

The role:

Despatch Operative

Are you a Despatch Operative that has worked in Manufacturing and looking for a new challenge?

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 6am-2.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders in accordance with work instructions. Including correct packaging of materials when requested ensuring acknowledged delivery dates are maintained.

• Coordinating with warehouse and production teams to meet dispatch schedules

• Carrying out stock checks and reporting discrepancies

• Maintaining a clean and organized despatch area

• Adhering to all health & safety and company procedures

Skills & Experience;

• Must have FLT License
• Experience using Over head Crane
• Must Have Full UK driving license
• Computer literate
• Experience within manufacturing environment
• Experience within an engineering stores
