Despatch Operative

As a Despatch Operative, you will be an integral part of our client's operations, ensuring that their products reach their valued customers on time and in perfect condition. They foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do: As a Despatch Operative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and packing orders for despatch, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining inventory records and assisting with stock management.
• Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery schedules.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance despatch processes.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking candidates who are:

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
• Team players who communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with others.
• Experienced in warehouse operations or logistics (preferred but not essential).
• Able to handle lifting and moving of products.

Hours - 39 per week day shift only - Mon- Thurs 07:30 - 16:30 and Friday 07:30 - 12:30
