Despatch Operative - FLT

We’re looking for a dedicated and hard-working Despatch Operative with FLT experience or a valid licence to join our vibrant packhouse team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a hands-on attitude, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload lorries


• Operate FLT to move stock efficiently within the packhouse


• Ensure stock is correctly located for storage or despatch


• Wrap pallets securely and maintain orderly workspaces


• Support stock control and follow health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid FLT licence or substantial forklift driving experience (essential)


• Physically capable and comfortable working on your feet


• Adaptable with a strong work ethic


• Team player with good communication skills

What’s in It for You:

• £12.21 per hour, with a pay review after a successful 3-month probation


• Monday to Friday, 6:00am –  finish (4:00pm); Alternate Saturdays, 6:00am – finish (12:00pm)
