Despatch/Warehouse Operative

Staffline is recruiting Despatch Operators in Brigg, DN20 0SP.

The rate of pay is £13.42 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £20.13 per hour and Bank Holidays are paid at x2!

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts 4 on 4 off - 2 days and 2 nights. The hour sof work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Average 42 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

- Picking orders accurately using picking lists and preparing goods for delivery
- Completing goods in/out paperwork with exceptional attention to detail
- Receiving deliveries, checking materials, and distributing them correctly
- Following inspection plans to ensure incoming products meet quality standards
- Operating FLT equipment (Counterbalance / Reach / VNA) safely and confidently
- Wrapping reels, preparing pallets, and using the pallet invertor
- Cutting cores using the core cutter machine
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Maintaining housekeeping across internal and external storage areas
- Managing waste, skips, and general site cleanliness
- Supporting stock counts and inventory checks
- Carrying out additional duties as required by the Despatch or Factory Manager

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in despatch, warehouse, FMCG or production environments
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance / Reach / VNA)
- A can‑do attitude with strong problem‑solving skills
- High levels of accuracy, organisation and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
