Graduate Development Analyst – Real Estate

A top-tier opportunity for a real estate graduate to kick-start their career in property development and consultancy. This role supports the Land and Sales teams by analysing pricing, market trends, and development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with pricing and sales analysis for land acquisition bids
Research and benchmark competitor schemes – from pricing to design specs
Track market trends, buyer behaviour, and local amenities to inform site strategy
Prepare reports, forecasts, and visual data presentations
Support development briefs and internal/external communications

Ideal Candidate:
