Job Description

Currently Joseph Search has partnered together with a large organisation who is currently acquiring multiple sites across London focusing primarily on casual dining. 

They are currently looking to hire a Development expert to really push more acquisitions in their upcoming portfolio, we really require this advert to attract candidates who have had previous background with identifying A5 potential properties, agent interaction and liaising with councils on planning and building regs.

This role is reporting to the Operations Director who you will be working quite closely on a daily basis. In the next two years your task is to find an additional 70 sites across the UK - you're going to be busy!
