Development technologist ? Developer FTC

We are recruiting a Development Technologist to join a leading food manufacturing business in Lincolnshire on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technologist, or someone working at developer level, who is available to start immediately.

The Role

Working as part of the development team, you will support the delivery of new and existing product development projects from concept through to launch. You will collaborate with colleagues across development, technical, operations and commercial teams to ensure products meet customer expectations, quality standards and commercial requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting new product development projects from concept to launch.

* Coordinating product trials and preparing samples.

* Maintaining accurate development documentation and project records.

* Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and customers.

* Ensuring products meet quality, technical and food-safety requirements.

* Helping to deliver projects within agreed timescales.

About You

You will ideally have:

* Experience in food manufacturing, product development or a similar environment.

* Previous experience as a Development Technologist, Product Developer or at developer level.

* A relevant food science, food technology or product development qualification.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* A practical, proactive approach and good attention to detail.

* The ability to work effectively across multiple projects and priorities.

* Availability to start at short notice.
