DIAGNOSTIC TECHNICIAN / VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Rate: Up to £18.00 Per Hour
Location: Oxford
Contract: 1 Month Temporary Assignment
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30
No Weekends

Are you an experienced Diagnostic Technician looking for an immediate start with a well-established dealership?
We are currently recruiting for a Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician to support a busy dealership workshop in Oxford on a 1-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking for consistent weekday work with no weekend commitment.

The Role:
As a key member of the workshop team, you will be responsible for supporting workshop productivity through accurate diagnostics, servicing and repair work across a range of vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical and mechanical faults
- Supporting workshop efficiency through accurate fault finding
- Completing work to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Ensuring all job cards and workshop documentation are completed accurately
- Maintaining high levels of workmanship and attention to detail

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Vehicle Technician
- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic capability
- Ability to work independently within a busy workshop environment
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
