Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
Perform routine servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards
Stay current with developments in automotive technology, including hybrid and electric vehicle systems
Provide clear explanations of repair requirements and estimates to customers
Uphold high standards of quality and safety in all work undertaken
Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team environmentRequirements of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:

Relevant Vehicle Technician certification, such as Master Technician or Diagnostic certification, preferred but not essential
Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs
Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems including hybrid, electric, and safety features
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Leadership qualities and willingness to support team development
