This is a hands-on technical role focused on CAN bus diagnostics, fault finding and root-cause analysis. You’ll use tools such as CANoe and CANalyzer to analyse CAN traces, decode messages and signals, and provide engineers with clear, actionable diagnostic information. You’ll also help shape technical support processes as the function continues to grow. What You'll Do Analyse CAN bus traffic using Vector tools such as CANoe/CANalyzer. Decode CAN messages using DBC files and identify fault signatures. Diagnose hardware, software and configuration issues. Decide whether faults can be resolved remotely or require field intervention. Provide engineers and field service partners with clear technical findings. Build knowledge around recurring faults and diagnostic solutions. Work with senior stakeholders to improve support processes and workflows. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with CANoe, CANalyzer or equivalent. Strong knowledge of CAN protocol, message decoding and DBC files. 3–5 years' experience in diagnostics, technical support, test/validation or a similar hardware-focused role. Experience with complex electro-mechanical or integrated hardware/software systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident communicating technical findings to engineers, customers and other stakeholders. A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of technical problems. Experience in EV charging, automotive, energy storage or power electronics would be advantageous, but isn't essential. Why Apply?
