are a leading provider of payment solutions products, dedicated to helping
small to medium sized UK businesses streamline their payment processes. We are
currently looking for a driven and adaptable Dialler Administrator to join our
team. As a Dialler Administrator you will be responsible for the day to day
management of our dialling solution and daily reporting associated to the
performance of our outbound contact centre. This role will play a vital part in
the growth of the business and will support the Growth Team on a day-to-day
basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize the outbound
dialler system to maximize contact rates and campaign efficiency.
2. Work on process improvements to
enhance campaign productivity.
3. Ensure compliance with company
policies and industry regulations in all campaigns.
4. Provide regular reports and
updates on campaign performance to the management team.
· 3+ years of experience in
dialler management or contact centre operations.
· Proficiency with dialler
technologies (ConnexAI, or similar platforms).
· Strong understanding of
predictive, preview, and power diallers, call centre metrics.
· Experience working with CRM and
telephony integrations.
· Ability to analyse large data
sets and interpret them to drive strategic decisions.
· Excellent problem-solving,
analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· High attention to detail and a
proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
· Experience in managing real-time
adjustments to optimise agent performance.
