Digital Account Executive

A forward-thinking digital agency is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Account Executive to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong background in eCommerce to play a key role in managing and growing client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple digital marketing accounts, primarily within the eCommerce sector. They will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, content, email, social media, and CRM. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate client briefs into actionable strategies. This is a remote role with 1 day in London per month and the option to go into the offices every Thursday if you'd like!

• Manage and grow a portfolio of digital marketing accounts
• Develop and implement innovative digital strategies to maximize client ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns across various digital channels
• Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
• Maintain accurate records of meetings and actions using CRM tools
• Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and present creative solutions
• Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

What we need from you:

** 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within an agency

** Proven experience in eCommerce marketing

** Proficiency with CMS platforms, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools

** Strong communication and relationship-building skills

** Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach

Desirable:

• Certifications in SEO or Paid Media (e.g., SEMrush, CIM, IDM)
• Creative, commercially aware, and adaptable
• Excellent written and verbal English
