Walker and Sloan are partnered a leading marketing agency who are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their team in London. You will be the main point of contact between large and enterprise clients and internal delivery teams across Paid Digital, SEO, CRO, Data, Content Marketing and Digital PR, managing the delivery of digital strategies.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing thoughtful, commercially-driven digital marketing strategies for both existing and new clients
Leading delivery teams in implementing these strategies on a retainer and/or project basis
Holding ultimate responsibility for campaign performance, measurement, and reporting
Serving as the liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring client needs are met in a commercially viable and sustainable manner
Identifying opportunities to grow, develop, and expand client accounts to achieve their commercial goals
Driving responses to new business briefs, either independently or in a supporting role
What You'll Need To Apply
Experience of delivering marketing campaigns for clients within an agency environment
Experience in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Strong knowledge across digital services such as Paid, SEO, Content and PR
A client-centric mindset and commercial acumen, you excel in client service and relationship management, confidently communicate, manage expectations.
