Digital Acquisition Manager

Salary: £35k - £40k

Located in the heart of Leeds, we're a forward-thinking company dedicated to driving digital growth. We're on the hunt for a skilled Digital Acquisition Manager with a strong focus on PPC to join our dynamic team and lead our online acquisition efforts to new heights.

As our Digital Acquisition Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our PPC strategy, overseeing campaigns from conception to execution. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilites

Develop and execute a comprehensive PPC strategy to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to maximize results.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with broader acquisition and business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve campaign performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience managing PPC campaigns in a fast-paced environment, in either an agency or clientside setting.
Expertise in Google Ads and other PPC platforms, with a strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and drive performance improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Google Ads certification and experience with bid management platforms are highly desirable.
