Job Title: Digital Marketing Sales Specialist

Location: South London-Sutton area Office (minimum 3 days per week), with field or home working the
other 2 days

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Sales Specialist to join our
dynamic team. This full-time role is based primarily in our Sutton area office, with the flexibility
to work in the field or from home two days a week. You will receive excellent training, a
generous basic salary, and uncapped commission, reflecting your ability to exceed sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities:
? Proactively generate leads and convert prospects into clients through consultative
selling.
? Present and sell a range of digital marketing services, including SEO,
PPC, social media marketing, web development, and more.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and
repeat business.
? Conduct client consultations to understand their business needs and develop tailored
marketing solutions.
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding and delivery of
marketing campaigns.

? Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing to provide clients with
informed advice and solutions.
? Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
objectives.
Skills and Experience Required:
? Proven experience in digital marketing sales with a track record of achieving or
exceeding sales targets.
? Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing products and services.
? Ability to provide evidence of past sales achievements and successful client
relationships.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Strong organisational and time-management abilities to balance office, field, and
home working effectively.
