WHAT WILL THE DIGITAL ANALYST BE DOING?

We are looking for a Digital Analyst to join our team on a defence contract based in the South East. The role focuses on analysing Asset Condition survey data to support and enhance our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules. You'll also play a key part in keeping our systems, especially MAXIMO, running smoothly. WE NEED THE DIGITAL ANALYST TO HAVE….

Responsibilities:

• Analyse Asset Condition survey data to help shape and refine the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Ensure the MAXIMO system is consistently updated and functioning effectively for asset tracking and reporting.
• Develop reports and dashboards that support decision-making across the team.
• Contribute to digital initiatives aimed at improving asset management across the contract.
• Use data insights and user feedback to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with MAXIMO, particularly in asset and PPM management.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret Asset Condition data and extract meaningful insights.
• Comfortable using reporting tools to present data in a clear, visual format.
• Some background or understanding of asset management within Facilities Management or the MOD is a plus.
