Digital Analyst - Independent Digital Agency

Leading independent agency that specialises in performance marketing, supporting prestigious clients from a range of different industries. They're looking to expand their data and analytics team with a Digital Analyst.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that drive digital performance. You'll be working across a variety of digital channels and collaborating closely with media, strategy, and client services teams.

• End-to-end tracking across websites and mobile apps for clients

• Analyse digital marketing performance across paid search, social, display, and content.

• Build and maintain dashboards, providing clear and insightful visual reporting.

• Use data to suggest optimisation strategies that improve conversion and ROI.

• Support with ad hoc troubleshooting and client queries related to analytics and tracking.

• Work directly with internal teams and clients to present insights and actionable recommendations.

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

• Google Tag Manager (GTM)

• Google Marketing Platform

• BigQuery & SQL

• Looker Studio

• Tools like Supermetrics, Power BI, Tableau, and CRM systems like Salesforce

• Experience in marketing analytics at an agency

• Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Looker Studio

• Familiarity with GTM and data visualisation tools

• Comfortable working with SQL or willing to learn

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• A proactive, solution-focused mindset and eagerness to grow
