Digital & IT Senior Analyst

We're hiring a Digital & IT Senior Analyst with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset. This role goes beyond ticket resolution, it's about leading IT projects, analyzing business needs, and delivering smart, scalable solutions in a manufacturing environment.

Role: Senior IT Analyst
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Loughborough
Working Days: 5 days/week in office
Duration: Permanent (should be eligible for BPSS clearance)

• Lead IT infrastructure and digital projects
• Analyze business processes and develop tech strategies
• Provide advanced support using ServiceNow and ITIL best practices
• Deliver outstanding customer service and user training
• Work closely with teams to implement solutions that drive results

• Degree or relevant IT certifications
• 4+ years' IT experience, including project management
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Experience with ServiceNow and in manufacturing environments
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA)
