Digital and Project Management Lead

Location: nr Caistor
Salary: circa £45,000pa

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for all things digital? We’re recruiting a Digital and Project Management Lead to oversee the delivery of impactful digital marketing and communications initiatives across multiple brands. You’ll coordinate to ensure projects are executed efficiently—on time, within budget, and in line with industry and data standards. With a strong emphasis on project management, digital platform integration, and connuous process improvement, you’ll be at the heart of our clients digital operations, turning strategy into seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

• You will be a key liaison between the marketing team and external stakeholders
• Be responsible for managing complex timelines
• Support the evolution of digital tools and workflows
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital cross-functional projects
• Ensure alignment and collaboration across departments
• Implement digital campaigns and content across websites, social media, and publications
• Responsible for CRM driven communication

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong CRM and digital knowledge
• BE able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Previous experience in multi-channel communication

• Christmas site closure
• Hybrid working after probation (6 months)
• Up to 30 days of holidays
