Team Overview:

Hurt To Healing is a multi-format mental health podcast created by Pandora Morris. Her mission is to create a safe space for guests to bravely open up about their struggles, often sharing their experiences for the first time. This open conversation offers solace and comfort to the Hurt To Healing community.

Job Purpose:

To drive strategic and creative innovation across Hurt To Healing channels, introducing digital formats, insightful recommendations and building communities. As a social and digital content manager you will own and manage the content for Pandora's Hurt To Healing, as well as translate HTH business objectives into social and community marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain the social content schedule with clear deliverables of weekly output for HTH accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Website)
Innovate and create new social accounts as needed (Facebook group, mailers etc.)
Create and develop social-first content ideas to support HTH’s mission statement
Produce new ideas and creative ways to connect with audiences across any of our existing or emerging social platforms working directly with Pandroa the social media team, publishing team and production team to develop and trial new formats - be that video, animation or written
Repurpose archive content, from books to past podcast guests, in line with public sentiment, news and current affairs
Use social reporting and analytics tools to ensure, month on month, that the strategic approach is effective and present this to management
Community management across all HTH’s social media accounts
Assist at recording sessions alongside Pandora and the podcast producer, helping with set up, guest introductions, making notes on topics discussed for use later and capturing extra content for social usage.

Person Specification:
Essential Requirements
Very Social Media savvy and knowing, editorially, what will enthuse, engage, and empower our audiences
Ability to work with Photoshop and or/ Canva templates would be desirable
Ability to shoot, produce and edit short-form social video
You will have your finger on the pulse within the world of mental health, wellbeing, positive living and community
Keen interest in issues and topics that affect our day-to-day lives - and the ability to create quick, reactive content to these topics
A hunger for hunting out interesting human stories – from life-challenging adversity to experience, strength, and hope
Ability to travel into London and other locations, and to work out of hours (for live events/ podcast recordings) as required
Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders to support delivery of campaigns
Confidence to suggest innovative ideas
