Digital Banking Consultant

One of our clients are seeking an experienced Digital Banking Consultant to join a leading FinTech advisory firm. This role is pivotal in supporting banks and financial institutions through digital transformation, core banking modernization, and the implementation of innovative banking technologies.

You will work closely with product, technology, and business teams to deliver digital banking strategies, customer journey enhancements, and next -gen banking -as -a -service (BaaS) models.

Ideal for a strategic thinker with experience across retail. Banking, neo -banking, or mobile banking ecosystems.

• Lead and deliver digital banking strategy engagements for clients
  
• Drive implementation of core banking platforms, APIs, and mobile banking solutions
  
• Conduct market analysis, benchmark best practices, and assess digital maturity
  
• Support roadmap planning for product digitization and customer experience enhancement
  
• Engage stakeholders across IT, operations, product, and compliance
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  
• Develop business cases, user journeys, and transformation frameworks
  
• Keep up to date with FinTech trends, regulatory updates, and banking innovations
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms and FinTech ecosystems
  
• Proven consulting experience with Tier 1 or challenger banks
  
• Familiarity with open banking, PSD2, and banking APIs
  
• Experience in agile project delivery, product lifecycle, and stakeholder management
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  
• Exposure to cloud -native core banking platforms (e.g., Thought Machine, Mambu, Temenos)
  
• Experience with digital wallets, payments, and embedded finance
  
• Background in banking compliance and risk management frameworks
  
• MBA or related certification in digital strategy or transformation
