Job Title: Digital Campaign Manager - Programmatic Video
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Company Overview:
A fast-growing digital media company delivering performance-driven video advertising solutions for global brands and agencies. The team combines programmatic technology, data insights, and brand-safe targeting to maximise results across premium video environments.
This is a hands-on role managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.
You will manage the full campaign lifecycle, focusing on driving business outcomes using data insights and optimisation techniques.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns across multiple platforms
Manage budgets, including forecasting and margin control to maximise ROI
Analyse campaign data to inform strategy and improve KPIs
Use audience segmentation, creative testing, and automation to enhance performance
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign success
Stay updated with industry trends and platform changes
Provide detailed performance reporting with actionable insights
Represent the team in client meetings with data-driven recommendations
Support and mentor junior team members
Experience & skills:
5+ years managing paid media campaigns across major platforms including Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with budget management and campaign optimisation
Skilled in A/B testing, creative optimisation, and audience targeting
Comfortable collaborating across teams and with external partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and first-party data usage
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementations
Understanding of incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling, and lift studies
Experience with third-party measurement and verification tools
Data-driven approach focused on delivering measurable results
