Your new role
As a Digital Collections Specialist, you'll be part of a close-knit team supporting customers who are experiencing financial difficulty. You'll engage with them primarily through digital messaging platforms, offering tailored, compassionate support to help them find fair and sustainable solutions. This is a hands-on role where you'll also contribute to testing and improving new digital strategies, helping shape the future of collections in a modern, customer-first way.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in customer service or collections, ideally in a digital or non-voice environment
• Strong written communication skills with a calm, empathetic tone
• Confidence using messaging platforms and CRM systems
• A genuine desire to support vulnerable customers and make a positive impact
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
• Awareness of FCA guidance and vulnerability best practices is a bonus, but not essential.
