Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Compliance Specialist to join a leading global business based in Thetford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone detail-oriented, methodical, and eager to work in a global environment.

As a Digital Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's digital operations adhere to industry regulations and best practices. You will be responsible for identifying compliance risks, conducting audits, and providing guidance to internal teams on regulatory issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and industry standards across digital operations

• Conduct regular audits of digital platforms and processes to assess compliance risks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures

• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters

• Stay informed on global and regional regulatory changes that affect digital operations

• Work closely with legal, IT, and other departments to resolve compliance issues and mitigate risks

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of digital compliance regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws

• Methodical, articulate, and proactive approach to managing compliance tasks

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compliance concepts clearly

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in a digital compliance or related role is preferred, but not essential
