About the Opportunity

You'll be the driving force behind the company's digital presence. From social media and blogs to video storytelling, you'll create content that connects with people and showcases the brand's value.

You'll have the freedom to shape strategy and platforms, transforming a modest digital footprint into an industry-leading presence.

You'll lead a small creative team (1 administrator, 2 designers) and collaborate with sales and technical colleagues to bring authentic stories to life; whether that's visiting customers, capturing product insights, or launching a new campaign.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and deliver a digital communications strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement
• Personally create compelling content such as social posts, videos and blogs that speak to the target audience.
• Expand and manage the company's digital presence across platforms
• Guide and collaborate with a small creative team to align visuals and messaging
• Build relationships with customers and dealers to gather real-world stories
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure content supports business goals

What We're Looking For

• A passionate storyteller with a flair for digital content
• Proven experience in communications, content creation, or digital marketing
• A hands-on professional who enjoys executing ideas and managing a small team
• Comfortable working in an office-based environment in Doncaster (with hybrid flexibility post-probation)
• Able to connect with people; no industry experience required, just the right tone and curiosity
