We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content & Design Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for an experienced Graphic Designer with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for beauty. Your focus within the business will be to navigate from idea generation to design execution, ensuring the quality and precision of our materials across all mediums, from web, email, social and print campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to work on our various in-house brands alongside our other graphic designers, reporting to our Digital Content & Design Manager.

Responsibilities:

Create visual content for website and social channels in line with our brand identity.
Create and produce email newsletter designs that follow best practice for digital devices and maintain brand consistency.
Create advertising and promotional materials for print.
Support the design team with asset rollout for key moments and brand marketing campaigns.
Source product imagery for new products added to the website, as well as maintaining and updating existing imagery in line with any brand changes.
Collaborate across departments within the business where required.

Essential Skills & Requirements:
2 years of experience in graphic design (both print and digital), preferably in the beauty industry.
Good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, inDesign & Illustrator.
Able to bring ideas to life, either with a focused direction or from own initiative.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for visual composition.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-paced weekly workflow.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in digital media.
Ability to be flexible, as per the business’ requirements.

Reporting to: Digital Content & Design Manager
Location: On site. Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire. 15 minutes outside of Leeds City Centre.

The Interview Process:

Stage 1: Initial chat (15-20 mins). An introductory conversation with the hiring manager to learn more about yourself and your experience, and for you to find out more about the role.
Stage 2: Task
Stage 3: Formal interview (60 mins). The final stage is to present your completed task and an in-depth conversation with the hiring manger.
