Digital Content Lead

Poolhall Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a dynamic PR and marketing agency seeking a Digital Content Lead to elevate their digital presence and campaign impact.

We're looking for a strategic thinker with strong writing skills and a passion for digital PR, SEO, and content marketing. You'll work closely with a talented PR team to develop integrated content strategies, drive online engagement, and secure high-authority digital placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies across PR, SEO, social, and outreach
• Create high-performing blogs, thought leadership, press releases, and multimedia content
• Lead digital PR efforts, building backlinks and securing coverage on authoritative platforms
• Use analytics to monitor performance and refine content strategies
• Collaborate on client campaigns, reporting, and digital growth opportunities
• Support and mentor junior team members on digital best practices

Requirements:

• Proven track record in link-building and content outreach
• Strong writing skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Solid understanding of SEO and content performance metrics
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
• Knowledge of influencer outreach tools
