Digital Content Manager

Location: Birmingham (hybrid) · Permanent · Salary: Competitive (c. £50,000- £55,000)

We're hiring a strategic, hands-on digital lead to own an organisation's website and digital roadmap, turning commercial priorities into measurable digital activity.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve the website and digital roadmap.

• Translate business goals into measurable digital campaigns (SEO, performance, content).

• Manage agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver projects.

• Line-manage a small marketing resource and help grow the team.

About you

• Experience leading website projects and cross-channel digital programmes.

• Strong in analytics, SEO and marketing automation (HubSpot or equivalent).

• Commercial, outcomes-focused and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

• Confident stakeholder manager and people leader.
