Job Description - Digital Customer Support

As a Digital Customer Support Agent, you'll provide support through channels like email, live chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media—helping customers through loan applications and account management.

What You'll Be Doing:

Respond to customer queries across multiple digital platforms
Guide applicants through loan processes and documentation
Support existing customers with account questions and payments
Identify and assist vulnerable customers with tailored care
Flag potential fraud or risks appropriately

Full-time | 37.5 hrs/week | Shifts between 8am–6pm
