Digital Delivery Manager (BIM) Chester (3 days per week on site) £75,000 - £90,000 + Health Insurance + Pension + Progression
Are you an experienced BIM and Digital professional looking for full ownership of strategy, standards, and delivery across complex infrastructure projects rather than just advisory responsibilities?
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership position where you will take full accountability for shaping and driving digital delivery across a portfolio of major projects within regulated environments. You will play a key role in defining how digital and BIM processes operate across the business, from high-level strategy through to hands-on implementation on live projects.
You will join a growing digital leadership function, contributing to business-wide standards, frameworks, and innovation initiatives. This role offers long-term progression, autonomy, and the chance to build and lead your own team while working with advanced technologies including CDE platforms, Power BI, and emerging digital tools.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering BIM in line with ISO 19650 on complex projects, with strong technical capability and a background in sectors such as infrastructure, civil engineering, or nuclear. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond support functions and take genuine ownership of digital delivery.
The Role: Lead and develop BIM and Digital Delivery strategy aligned to ISO 19650 Own digital processes across live infrastructure and engineering projects Build procedures, BEPs, and CDE implementation frameworks Manage and allocate digital resources across projects Lead and grow a BIM team while driving training and adoption
The Person: Proven experience delivering BIM under ISO 19650 from strategy to execution Strong background in complex infrastructure, civil, rail, or nuclear projects Hands-on BIM and 3D modelling experience using tools such as Revit, Navisworks or Civil 3D Experience with CDE platforms and digital project environments Sole UK National with eligibility for SC Clearance
