Hays are exclusively representing a luxury retail company to recruit a Digital Designer in Belfast.

Your new role
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with designing and delivering the company's online experience. You will work alongside a creative agency to design and develop digital assets for paid ads and the website. You will work with the marketing team to build ideas for experimentation and testing on paid socials, including assets from creators and/or influencers. You will also create web assets for the various company websites. This position is a fantastic opportunity to bring new ideas to an ever-growing brand, and will suit someone with a good understanding of creativity and design, and who wants to progress their career.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have at least 1 years' experience in Digital Design, and have experience with creating digital assets for paid advertising & ecommerce websites.
• Passionate about paid ad design, design for social media, TikTok style creation
• Familiar with landing pages/ Basic UX knowledge
• Attention to detail & good eye for design
• Knowledge of best practices, new technologies and trends
• Interest in e-commerce
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (After effects, Premiere, XD etc)
