Digital design is a huge part of what Flourish do. From email campaigns to banner takeovers, social campaigns to full-blown websites. We do it all. And so will you.
You’ll have a couple years under your belt, at an agency or in-house, and you’ll be looking for the next step in your career. Your portfolio will be crammed with beautiful design across a variety of different media streams. And it’ll show us what you’re made of conceptually, too.
We need someone with their finger on the pulse of all things digital. Someone with a deep knowledge of user-centred design principles, and someone who knows what’s buildable (and what’s not).

Job description The role is fast-paced and varied, so no day will ever be the same. And you’ll be crafting killer design for some of the biggest brands around, like Twitch, Nissan, Crisis and more. It’s not all glitz and glamour; expect little amends briefs as well as big, juicy conceptual ones. All egos are checked at the door here, and we all pitch in. But we also like to have fun, and a good sense of humour goes a long way.
Required skills You have an eagle eye for details, and you’re a safe pair of hands when it comes to reviewing design The ability to digest and dissect briefs to produce client-ready creative A head brimming with ideas. And the craft to bring them to life You’ll be right at home crafting beautiful typography and a dab-hand creating fluent and engaging creative solutions Experienced and knowledgeable in email and website design You're a ninja in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe XD Fluency in FIGMA and the knowledge to execute and implement design systems, as well as understanding components and styles. Ideally, you’re au-fait with InDesign and After Effects You’ll have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, user journeys, and email and web best practices Good digital artworking skills Ability to work conceptually with copywriters and art directors Comfortable working to brand guidelines and shifting from one hex value to another A team player. That’s a biggy. Confident presenting your ideas to senior creative teams, account teams and clients Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Bonus points if you have motion graphic skills
