ProfileTree is an award-winning web design and digital marketing agency based in Belfast, helping our clients to generate leads and sales through structured digital strategy, sleek web design and engaging digital content. Due to continued growth, a number of exciting opportunities now exist to join our team as a Digital Executive within our Digital Strategy department.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assist in managing a portfolio of Digital Mentoring client accounts


• Deliver Digital Marketing mentoring sessions for your assigned clients


• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for your assigned clients throughout their mentoring programme


• Complete mentoring paperwork as required by the relevant programme, on time and to the required quality standard


• To produce inspiring and creative work that tells a compelling story and delivers exciting results


• Work should be original, shareable and highly engaging across a variety of media platforms


• Create and maintain relevant and engaging Content and Digital Marketing Training for clients, ProfileTree and internal brands


• Ensure that all work is created with the required target audience in mind, completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role


• Passion for excellent customer service


• Passion for digital and/or marketing


• Excellent communication skills 


• Strong time management skills
