The Role

The Digital Optimisation Analyst is part of our wider digital team and is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of our on-site A/B test programme and roadmap to further inform customer-centric and conversion-supporting change.
You will work closely with the Operations and Customer Journey teams to build a holistic, cross channel view of customer experience, developing reporting, scorecards and insight into our customer and partner experience.
To do this you will put in place and utilise Qualitative and Quantitative data to provide and use insight to optimise Premium Credit's digital experience.
You will also:
Define and implement tracking events, engagement metrics and key performance indicators.
Create visibility into performance KPIs with actionable insight and communicate findings and key takeaways that can be understood by all levels of stakeholders, from Board through to day-to-day operational engagement.
Develop automated reports by combining data sets through DataStudio, or similar, to educate teams on need-to-know aspects of digital business performance.
Align test programmes to product seasonality to ensure best possible outcomes for new seasons.
Assist with the sourcing of tools and technology partners
