Digital Information Coordinator

We're looking for a Digital Information / BIM Coordinator to support a major infrastructure programme in Scotland.

This is a data and information-focused BIM role, rather than a traditional 3D modelling position. You'll be responsible for supporting project information management, data quality, reporting and the effective use of Common Data Environments across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support the setup and management of project Common Data Environments (CDEs).
Coordinate and validate project information received from delivery partners.
Review MIDPs, naming conventions, metadata and information quality.
Ensure project teams follow agreed information management processes and standards.
Support compliance with ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework principles.
Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and data analysis.
Work closely with internal teams, contractors and supply chain partners.
Provide guidance and support on information management processes and systems.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting and project workflows.

Key Skills & Experience

We're particularly interested in candidates with:

Strong Excel skills, including large datasets, validation, analysis and reporting.
Experience using Power BI for dashboards and data visualisation.
Experience with data management, data quality or information assurance.
Understanding of BIM, ISO 19650 and Common Data Environments.
Experience reviewing structured project or asset information.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Morta would be highly desirable.
Knowledge of Autodesk Forma / Autodesk Construction Cloud would be beneficial.
Experience with Python, Power Query, C# or other automation tools would be advantageous.

This role is not primarily focused on 3D modelling or design authoring. We're looking for someone with a strong data, reporting, information management and quality assurance background who can help manage information across a complex project portfolio.
