Digital Infra / Telecoms | IB Associate | London

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's Investment Banking team in London, with a focus on Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure.

This role offers early exposure to high-profile, cross-border transactions, providing hands-on involvement in complex strategic projects and the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility from the outset.

• Support the execution of M&A, restructuring, and capital-raising transactions across Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure sectors, including fibre, data centres, towers, and related assets.
• Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses, contributing to transaction materials and client deliverables.
• Assist in managing workstreams throughout the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, process coordination, and documentation.
• Prepare high-quality pitchbooks, presentations, and market analyses with a strong focus on accuracy and commercial insight.
• Work closely with senior team members and contribute to client engagement during live transactions and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and geographies on cross-border mandates.
• Monitor sector trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to support client advice and business development efforts.

• Experience: 3-5 years of investment banking experience, with exposure to M&A and financing transactions; experience in Telecommunications or Digital Infrastructure is essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities, with a solid understanding of core corporate finance concepts.
• Execution Support: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and contribute effectively within deal teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare client-ready materials.
• Analytical Ability: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort working under tight deadlines.
• Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of seniority.
• Global Exposure: Interest in working on cross-border transactions and engaging with international teams and clients.
