Digital Learning Specialist

for

12 months fixed term contrac t, to join our team and drive the transformation of our learning ecosystem.

As a Digital Learning Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in assisting in the management of all central digital learning technologies to deliver a comprehensive suite of blended and digital learning solutions. From developing and optimising digital learning infrastructure to creating inclusive and accessible content, you'll spearhead initiatives that enhance the learning experience for our employees across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of our central digital learning technologies, including licensing, supplier management, and integrated learning platforms, to provide a fully accessible digital learning offering.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform the learner experience and eliminate duplication of systems.
Provide full instructional and visual design for bespoke digital learning solutions, ensuring quality, collaboration, and learner engagement.
Act as a subject matter expert in digital learning content and design, sourcing external partners to ensure relevance and accessibility.
Identify opportunities for digital learning development and continuously review and maintain the learning offering.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in managing digital learning technologies and platforms.
Strong instructional and visual design skills, with the ability to create engaging digital content.
Knowledge of current and emerging online learning technologies and best practices.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in digital learning design.
