About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and talented Digital Manager to join a leading tier 1 main contractor and play a key role in driving digital construction and Building Information Modelling (BIM) excellence across a diverse portfolio of major projects.
Working closely with project teams, design managers, construction teams, supply chain partners, and clients, you will lead the implementation of digital processes and technologies that improve collaboration, efficiency, quality, and project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about digital construction and eager to contribute to innovation within a leading Tier 1 contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and implementation of BIM and digital construction strategies across multiple projects.
- Facilitate collaborative model reviews using 3D modelling technologies and digital workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on information management and BIM best practice.
- Drive compliance with project and client digital requirements.
- Promote the benefits of digital construction both internally and externally.
- Work closely with design, commercial, planning, and construction teams to maximise the value of project information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of digital standards, processes, and procedures.
- Support project teams in achieving high-quality information delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage digital deliverables across multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining focus on programme deadlines and client requirements.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum HND level qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Relevant technical or project experience in BIM, Digital Construction, Design Management, or Construction Management.
- Clear understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and its benefits within the construction industry.
- Experience applying 3D tools to facilitate collaborative model reviews.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and deploy new technologies and processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to deadlines and quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support teams through the information modelling process and raise awareness of digital construction opportunities.
- Passion for quality, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a strong delivery-focused mindset.

Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience using Revit, including the ability to create and modify model elements.
- Experience with model review and verification tools such as Navisworks, Solibri, CostX, Autodesk Assemble, and Autodesk Model Coordination.
- Experience using visualisation platforms including Twinmotion, Lumion, or 3ds Max.
- Experience using 4D planning and simulation tools, particularly Synchro.
- Experience deploying and supporting field-based solutions such as BIM 360 Field, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Build, or Viewpoint Field View.
- Knowledge of classification systems including Uniclass.
- Experience delivering COBie outputs in line with NBIMS-US™ V3 COBie requirements.
- Experience using BIM Collaboration Format (BCF) workflows.
- Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and practical experience implementing its requirements on live construction projects.
