Requirements

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing and content writing, preferably within the recruitment or service industry.
  
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment.
  
• A creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a results -driven mindset.
  

Requirements

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads).
  
• Collaborate with the recruitment and design teams to ensure all content aligns with brand tone and messaging.
  
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
• Stay up -to -date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
