We're The ONE Group - a recruitment agency that's known for doing things differently - and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our in-house marketing team.
You'll be supported every step of the way while studying for your Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship with the University of Northampton (more info here).
This role gives you the opportunity to get stuck in with a range of projects while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of digital marketing. From social media and video to analytics and events - no two days are the same!
This role will be a critical link between marketing activity and sales - helping to drive new opportunities and monitor the impact of our campaigns. You'll play a key role in tracking what's working, what's not and feeding valuable insights back into the business. It's a new focus for the team, and we're really excited about what it could unlock!

What you'll be doing:
Marketing & Creative Projects

• Posting and engaging on social media
• Assisting with video shoots, podcast prep and LinkedIn Lives
• Designing flyers, internal graphics and branded materials
• Creating blog and website content
• Supporting with client marketing campaigns
• Assisting with event planning and delivery
• Writing case studies and success stories
• Supporting consultant onboarding and internal comms
• Helping deliver charity and sponsorship initiatives

Marketing/Sales Support

• Monitoring marketing inboxes and job ad platforms
• Updating and maintaining CRM and client records

• Assisting with the preparation of contracts and proposals
• Compiling data and insights to support sales and campaign strategies
