This is an exceptional opportunity for a digitally-savvy marketing professional to join a creative, collaborative, and design-led environment.
The Digital and Social Media Marketing Coordinator will manage all B2B digital communications, including website content, email campaigns, social media channels, and digital sales tools. You will be responsible for end-to-end content planning, scheduling, reporting, and optimisation across all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role working amongst a small team, reporting into the Marketing Manager, with a dotted line to the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, schedule, and analyse social media content across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, managing audience segmentation, GDPR compliance, reporting, and optimisation of open and click-through rates.
Coordinate website updates and homepage content to ensure timely launches and accurate information.
Create, edit, and manage digital assets (imagery, animations, videos) for use across email marketing, social media, and the website.
Research competitor activity, monitor industry trends, and suggest new digital initiatives to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
Manage and grow Pinterest and YouTube channels, uploading content and analysing engagement metrics.
Liaise with internal teams (customer service, sales, marketing) to ensure consistent messaging and support digital marketing needs.
Produce monthly digital marketing performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for strategic improvements.
Person Specification Essential
Educated to degree level.
5+ years of experience managing digital marketing for luxury B2B brands (homewares, lifestyle, textiles, or fashion preferred).
Proficient with digital marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Canva.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication, copywriting, and multitasking skills.
Data-driven with experience using analytical tools like Google Analytics.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently and to deadlines.
It would be desirable to have HTML knowledge, skills in InDesign and Photoshop and a passion for interior design, fashion, or luxury lifestyle brands.
