Main Function of Role:
• Plan, develop and execute a range of marketing
strategies/activities
for Federated Hermes clients internationally.
• Oversee projects and ensure digital marketing activity and campaigns run smoothly throughout the client journey.
• Supporting the management of the wider Digital Marketing team.
What are the tasks and responsibilities of the role?
Key deliverables include, but are not limited to:
Content marketing/CMS
Work closely with our agencies and business stakeholders to improve the design, UX and content of the website on a regular basis.
Maintain agreed BAU content update processes.
Act as subject matter expert for international website CMS.
Support process for applying translations to our international local language sites.
Management
Manage junior Digital Marketing colleagues by delegating work, training, tracking engagement, and discussing progress with line manager.
Data analysis
Measuring performance metrics of a site or campaign through the use of analytical tools to understand trends from all traffic drivers.
Build reports, educate, and report findings to wider marketing team and senior leadership on a regular basis.
Utilise multiple analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Hotjar.
Search engine marketing
Maintain and refine keywords based on business plan and marketing campaigns.
Champion quicker load time and mobile compatibility across client-facing digital platforms.
Create and maintain standards/guidance for marketing material, website content in line with SEO best practices.
Email
marketing/marketing

Schedule email marketing campaigns, working with stakeholders across the business.
Organise segmentation to improve engagement and better understand audience.
Other
Stay abreast of new trends, emerging technologies, regulatory and legal requirements.
Administer, (sales enablement platform) Asset Bank, our internal document repository for complied marketing material.
Regulatory Responsibilities
Adhere to the FCA’s Conduct Rules, understanding that they set basic standards of good personal conduct.
Do you have the following experience?
Demonstrable experience gained over 2-3- years of developing and managing websites and multiple online campaigns from design to execution to deliver business objectives is essential
In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing landscape, with a clear understanding of the evolving and inter-related sales and marketing landscape
Creative and driven mind set with a willingness to challenge the status quo and promote innovation
Experience of working with websites, email distribution tools and other marketing management systems
Candidate Profile:
Advanced Wordpress skills at an administrator level including content management
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Good working knowledge of Google Analytics is strongly preferred
Experience of working with a marketing automation system (such as Oracle Eloqua) and a CRM platform (eg. SalesForce) is strongly preferred
Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects is preferred
Excellent spoken and written English, additional European languages a plus
Excellent writing and editing skills, with proven experience of producing campaign and investment content, including website content, email, briefs, presentations and marketing collateral
Strong understanding and knowledge of asset management and broader capital markets
Thorough knowledge of institutional and wholesale asset management with a focus on the UK and Europe and, to a lesser degree, Asia and North America
Thorough understanding of the drivers for institutional and wholesale sales and the ability to develop commercially appropriate marketing campaigns and collateral
Able to project a positive image of the marketing team and display resilience, tenacity and high degree of professionalism
