Salary Range: £20,000- £30,000

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical individual who is passionate about crafting engaging content and driving lead generation through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Day to Day of the role:

Create compelling content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.

Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

Develop strategies for lead generation and track their effectiveness using analytical tools.

Design marketing materials using Canva and MS Office, and collaborate with external agencies on larger projects.

Coordinate advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads to optimise online visibility.

Edit videos and contribute to script creation and enactment for multimedia content.

Analyse data using tools like Google Analytics to refine marketing strategies and improve performance.

Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates on projects and collaborating on tasks.

Create diverse content, including articles, blogs, presentations, and social media posts, to engage our audience.

Organise and manage events, webinars, interviews, and exhibition activities, including designing promotional artwork.

Develop digital artwork for instructional materials and product sales.

Demonstrate proficiency in software applications and adaptability in creating spreadsheets.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing.

Assist with website management, ensuring SEO optimisation and adherence to brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A degree in marketing or relevant field, or equivalent internship/work experience.

Experience with public speaking and strong presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Ability to create visually appealing design work.

Experience with video editing and scriptwriting is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

Tech-savvy with a keen interest in staying updated with digital marketing trends.

Knowledge of SEO and website management.
