Job Description - Digital Marketing Executive - 12M FTC
Description
We are excited to welcome a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our digital marketing strategy on a fixed term basis.
Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing campaigns, optimising performance, and enhancing the customer journey.
This is a hands-on role combining project delivery with day-to-day digital operations. You’ll be responsible for website updates, building, testing and deploying email campaigns, analysing performance data, and producing actionable reports. You’ll also collaborate with external agencies to support SEO implementation and drive ongoing conversion rate optimisation (CRO) improvements.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, have a strong eye for detail, and be passionate about using data to inform decisions and improve results. Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, Google Analytics, and testing platforms is Essential.
Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 Months.
Core Role & Responsibilities:
Primarily Dereham-based, with some flexibility for home working. Occasional UK travel will be required.
Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in delivering the overall marketing strategy and plans.
Manage and update company websites, including content and eCommerce areas, as well as the Product Information Management (PIM) system. Collaborate with agencies and developers on front- and back-end improvements.
Support with optimising the website customer journey and user experience to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
Work closely with the marketing agency to support the delivery of SEO and GEO strategies.
Develop and utilise data-driven insights and reporting to track performance, measure success, and drive continuous improvement in conversions and engagement.
Support the delivery of digital projects and campaigns focused on lead generation and increasing marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
Analyse campaign performance, evaluating results and identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness.
Manage the email marketing calendar and automated lifecycle journeys, including building, testing, deploying, and reporting on campaigns, with clear recommendations for optimisation.
Maintain accuracy and consistency across digital platforms and marketing data.
Requirements
Essential:
Experience with CMS Platforms, email marketing tools and testing/CRO Platforms
Sound knowledge of Google Analytics
Strong IT & Microsoft Excel skills
Desirable:
Knowledge of Sitecore, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce
