• Create lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the funnel and improve conversions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and campaign tactics.

• Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Manage HubSpot and CRM tools to support lead tracking and reporting.

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally in B2B technical or industrial sectors.

• Proven success in creating and delivering high-performing top-of-funnel campaigns.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise campaigns and report ROI.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.

• Experience working closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and handoff.
