What you'll need to succeed:

• A degree or CIM qualification is desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or client-focused role.
• A strong understanding of marketing strategies, particularly in client retention and engagement.
• Confidence in influencing and collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and energetic approach, with the ability to drive processes and make things happen.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and engage effectively with clients.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of professional services, preferably within accountancy or law firms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with databases, email marketing tools, and website content management systems.
