Digital Marketing Executive

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting on behalf of a growing coated abrasive product company based in Aylesbury. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead high-impact marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and national sales across the automotive wholesale industry, joinery, and other B2B sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns
• Create and manage email marketing and sales offers
• Research and identify new customer opportunities
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
• Design and update product catalogues and marketing leaflets
• Launch new products across all marketing channels
• Provide customer engagement and support when required
• Contact existing and potential customers via phone/email
• Carry out general administrative and marketing-related tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within industrial or wholesale sectors
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and business growth
• Strong social media management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency essential)
• Experience with Adobe Photo shop or similar design tools
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Salary: £13.00/hour (first 3 months) | £27,000 – £29,000 per annum + bonus (after probation)

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm | Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
