A market-leading FTSE 250 infrastructure group is expanding its marketing function and looking to hire a driven Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing team during a time of investment and acquisition.

The business operates across two core brands in the infrastructure space, delivering cutting-edge traffic management and hostile vehicle mitigation solutions. Their work underpins major national projects, from HS2 and Highways England to property developments and urban safety. With a hybrid product-service proposition that includes both sales and leasing models, they are well-positioned for long-term growth.

You'll be joining a well-supported team reporting into a Senior Marketing Manager, with a strong commercial Head of Marketing in place. This is a newly vacated role due to internal relocation and offers plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Plan, deliver and optimise B2B digital campaigns across multiple channels
• 
  Own and evolve digital content across the website and key platforms
• 
  Support lead generation efforts through targeted digital initiatives
• 
  Help build and refine email marketing and automation strategies
• 
  Work closely with the wider marketing and commercial teams to align messaging
• 
  Contribute to SEO, PPC, and analytics reporting where relevant
• 
  Support with broader marketing activities as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Solid B2B digital marketing experience - either agency or in-house
• 
  A confident content creator with good copy skills and a flair for campaign thinking
• 
  Familiar with CRM systems, CMS platforms, and basic performance analytics
• 
  A hands-on mindset - able to work collaboratively in a close-knit, high-impact team
• 
  Interest in infrastructure, construction, engineering or built environment sectors is a bonus
