THE DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE:

• Support rollout of automation for faster, more consistent campaigns
• Build, test, and schedule marketing emails using automation tools and templates
• Manage send calendars, segmentation, contact lists, and suppression rules

• Ensure email deliverability, GDPR compliance, and data hygiene
• Support rollout of automation for faster, more consistent campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners on make/model-specific campaigns
• Support onboarding and testing of new email data partners
• Help develop automated lifecycle and triggered campaigns
• Work with the marketing team to boost engagement and conversion
• Experiment with AI tools for subject lines, content, and testing

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or email marketing
• Strong attention to detail, especially when setting up campaigns
• Motivated by testing and learning how small changes can drive big results
• Excited to help grow and shape a CRM programme using automation and AI
• Comfortable with routine tasks but motivated by finding ways to improve and optimise
• Familiar with email platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML, GDPR, and email marketing best practices
